ACADEMICS

Boyd J. Michael, III Technical High School offers a wide variety of academic classes. Our core academic classes are complemented by honors courses, Advanced Placement (AP) classes, and Dual Credit courses.

ACADEMIC PREREQUISITES
Students planning to attend Boyd J. Michael, III Technical High School should complete, be enrolled in, or have a plan to complete the following courses:
 

• Foundations of Technology
• Physical Education
• Health
• Fine Art
• Two years of World Language (required for UMD completers or students planning to attend a four-year university)
• All grade-appropriate academic courses
